Frequently Asked Questions

What is Direct Primary Care?

Are you tired of long wait times in the office? Are you tired of a different provider every visit and needing to explain your child's medical history? Are you tired of difficulties reaching the office, long hold times, and no available appointments? Are you tired of being rushed during your appointments?

Direct Primary care is geared to solve these problems as well as many more.

Direct Primary care is a model of healthcare based on monthly membership where you gain unlimited direct access to your medical provider. You can communicate via in person visits, phone calls, emails, or even text messages. There are no co-pays, hidden fees, or extra charges.

Unlike conventional models where one provider has more than 3000 patients, each provider are limited to 500 patients. This allows for longer appointment times with better care and more access. Approximately 80% of general complaints can be addressed by your primary care, but since insurance based models are very busy, patients are referred most of the time. With more time and lower patient load, we are able to better service you in one place.

How much does a membership cost

The price varies depending on age. Schedule a consult to discuss pricing.

Do you do in house visits?

Our team of experienced pediatricians are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your child. We offer a wide range of services for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. We offer a newborn at home package for the first few months of life.

What are your hours?

We are available via text, phone call, face time, and email 8-9 Monday-Friday. You can make appointments to be seen from 9am-8pm. Weekend availability is by appointment only.

Will you see my child even if I am not a member?

We do have non-member pricing for one time appointments such as a sick visit or physicals if needed. If you liked the service the cost can be rolled into membership dues.

Do I need insurance?

While we do not take insurance, it is recommended, as we still refer patients to specialists  and order labs and imaging. Typically people will carry a low premium high deductible plan in case of emergencies.

Sick Visits

When your child is sick, our pediatricians are here to help. We offer same-day sick visits to ensure your child receives timely and effective care. We treat a wide range of illnesses, from common colds to more serious conditions.

I am an expecting mother, can I come for a consult prior to child delivery?

We encourage expecting mothers to schedule a consult prior to delivery. We have at home newborn packages that can alleviate a lot of the stress of adding a newborn to the family.
